Reception
Hotel reception is open 24/7. Check-in starts at 14.00 for the guests who have made the reservation directly through the hotel, and at 15.00 for the guests who have made the reservation elsewhere. Check-out is latest by 12.00 noon.
Reception services
You may order a wake-up call, taxi, or rent a car from our reception. Luggage room is located next to the reception. Safety boxes are available by the reception for your valuables.
Sales department
Sales department is open on working days Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00. Sales department handles hotel room, group, meeting, restaurant and event reservations.
Printing
In order to print or copy contact the hotel reception (black and white 0.25 €/page, colour 0.50 €/page).
Wireless internet
Hotel’s wi-fi network is free of charge for our hotel guests. Just ask the password from the reception!
Kiosk
By the reception there’s a kiosk which sells snacks, refreshments, hygiene products, postcards and stamps. Also mild alcoholic beverages are sold at the reception from 09.00 am until 1.30 am.
Extra beds
Extra beds can only be placed in certain room types, depending on the size of the room.
Baby cot for 0-2 year old 15.00 €/night
Extra bed for children (under 12-year-old) 15.00 €/night
Extra bed for adults (over 12-year-old) 25.00 €/night
Sauna
There’s two private saunas for our hotel guests. The price is 8.00€/person when the room has been booked directly from the hotel and otherwise 10.00€/person. One sauna shift lasts for one hour.

Hotel Arthur has 2 rooms with a private sauna; the Sir Arthur Suite on the 7th floor and the wonderful Art Nouveau style Ateljee room on the 9th floor.
Ironing room
The ironing room is on the 4th floor of the hotel, and the keys are available from reception. We ask you to note that the hotel does not accept any responsibility for possible damage to clothing as a result of the ironing.
Room service
Room service fee is 15.00 €.
Parking
The hotel does not have its own parking. We recommend the parking hall EuroPark P-Kluuvi. More information about parking.
